AI for pharma marketing teams

Less time on repetitive work. More on what actually matters.

I help pharma marketing teams save time on repetitive work, using AI. Speaking the human language, I demystify what AI can actually do for pharma — safely and within the rules — and turn it into your competitive advantage.

Brand manager
Built brands for new pharma products that sold 2× their target.

What this means for the business

An hour saved by a brand manager is not the point. What it buys is.

Capacity without headcount
The same team covers more brands, more launches, more markets. The work that justified the next hire stops justifying it.
Faster to market
Local adaptation of global assets drops from weeks to days. When a competitor moves, you answer in the same cycle, not the next one.
Less spent outside
Work that goes to agencies because nobody internally has the hours comes back in house — at a fraction of the cost.
Risk you can show
Every workflow comes with a one-page data sheet and a named approver. If compliance or global IT asks, the answer already exists on paper.

What I offer

In this order, because each step decides whether the next one makes sense.

  1. Workshops

30% theory, 70% practice. The team works on its own processes, in the room, and leaves with things it can use on Monday morning.

Duration: One day, on site or online

  2. Workflow analysis

Where the hours go, and where AI genuinely belongs. We finish with a prioritised list of opportunities, ranked by time saved against regulatory risk.

    Duration: 2–4 weeks, fixed fee

  3. Implementation

Technical implementation of one or more workflows, integration with what you already have, and testing with the people who will use them daily.

    Duration: Per project or retainer

Who I am

I'm a licensed physician. I've worked in both tech and pharma as a product manager and brand manager. I launched digital products from scratch and built the brand identity for new pharma products entering the local market, selling 2× their target.

Which means I know how long a cycle report takes because I've written one, and why an approval takes three weeks because I've waited for it. And that I won't recommend tools I haven't used myself.

We work inside your approved environment, not on public tools. For every workflow you get a one-page sheet: what data goes in, where it goes, how long it’s kept, who signs off on the output.

Blog

Follow my weekly insights on what actually works in pharma marketing teams — and what doesn’t.

  • What the EU AI Act says about content generated for HCPs

Most pharma marketing use cases are minimal risk. The problem shows up in exactly one place, and it’s worth knowing where.

  • Why global IT blocks ChatGPT, and what to do instead

It isn’t bureaucracy. It’s a real data problem, with a fix that costs less than you’d think.

  • What I found looking at every generic in one therapy area

Seven companies at the same dose, none at the paediatric one. What that means if you’re considering a launch.

Let's find out where your hours go

Thirty minutes is enough for both of us to tell whether it makes sense to go further. I don't bring a deck, I bring questions.
